About JavaLogix: Marketing Judged by Booked Work, Not Clicks

JavaLogix is a small marketing company at 863 College St in Toronto, owner-run since 2010. We set up and run the things that make a local business's phone ring: the website, the Google listing, the ads, and someone to answer every call. Then we count what came of it.

Why JavaLogix exists

Most owners who call us have been burned at least once. The stories repeat:

  • They paid for a name that four other businesses bought at the same moment.
  • They signed a one-year contract and couldn't get out of it.
  • Their monthly report was all charts and clicks, with not one booked job in it.
  • The last agency set up the website and the ad account in its own name, and kept both when the owner left.
  • Calls they had paid for went to voicemail while they were up a ladder or with a customer.

That isn't bad luck. A lot of agencies, and the sites that sell job requests, earn more when you can't see what you're paying for, or can't leave.

JavaLogix works the other way. Everything we build is in your name from the first day. You can leave at the end of any month. And the number we ask you to judge us on is the one you already care about: how many calls turned into booked work, and what each one cost you.

Who we work for

We work with businesses that live on their phone. Someone needs something done, they search, and they call whoever looks trustworthy and picks up first.

  • Home-service contractors come first: deck and fence builders, renovators, HVAC shops, plumbers, roofers, electricians and landscapers. Everything for the trades starts at our home services marketing agency page.

  • Dental and orthodontic practices, where an empty chair is lost production. See dental and orthodontic marketing.

  • Security guard companies, who need property managers to find them, not job seekers. See security company marketing.

  • Other local businesses that run on calls and bookings: law firms, real estate agents, campgrounds, clinics. See the small businesses we serve.

Each kind of business wins customers a little differently, so each one gets its own page, its own examples and its own results.

What we do

Five jobs, done in order, all in your name:

  1. Get found

Your spot on the map at the top of Google, a page for each service and town, and ads only for the work you want.

  2. A website that books work

Honest price ranges, real photos of your work, and forms that ask what you'd ask on the phone.

  3. Answer every call

An AI receptionist that answers in your business name day and night, and a text back for any call you miss.

  4. Reviews and repeat work

A review request after every job, and a friendly note to past customers before the slow months.

  5. Know what works

Every ad gets its own phone number, and one plain monthly report shows calls, booked work and what each one cost.

The full list, including branding, hosting and video, is on our digital marketing services page.

Who you'll work with

You deal with a small, owner-run company, not a call centre.

Preston Martelly started JavaLogix in 2010 and still works on client accounts. Requests that come in through this website land with him first. Clients name him in their reviews: he explains what you need, follows up, and checks that it's working.

Around him is the team that builds the websites, runs the ads and looks after your calls:

  • Jasmine, account manager at JavaLogix

“We have been using Javalogix for all our media, website development, and all our SEO and ads with Facebook, Google, and Instagram for years now, and these guys know their stuff. Aana is great and is doing our ads on Instagram/Facebook; she is very creative and pays attention to detail. Thanks, guys; you guys ROCK!!!”

How we work: three rules we don't break

  1. No markup on your ad spend

It goes straight to Google or Meta from your own account, and every ad gets its own phone number so you can see what it brings in.

  2. You own everything

Website, Google listing, ad account, phone numbers and customer list. We work month to month; leave whenever you like and take it all with you.

  3. We count results in booked work, not clicks

And the calls we bring in are never shared or resold. They come from your own website, listing and ads, so they go to you and nobody else.

The first three months follow a set order: set-up in your name, then the first ads and pages, then cutting whatever doesn't book. See the full first 90 days.

We're not for everyone

We're not the cheapest option, and we'd rather say so up front.

We're a good fit for owners who pick up the phone (or have someone who does), call people back the same day, tell us which calls turned into jobs, and give it at least three months before they judge it.

If you're shopping for names to buy by the dozen, or for ads that promise things your business can't back up, we're the wrong company for you. We'll tell you that on the first call.

What we can show you, and what we won't claim

We only show what we can back up:

  • Our rating

5.0 from 49 reviews on Trustindex, checked on 3 October 2026. Read a selection on our JavaLogix reviews page.

  • Numbers with names on them

Every result on our case studies page names the client, the town and when it was measured.

  • Clients who stay

We've run Google Ads for Elie's Fencing Solutions in Ottawa since 2019.

  • Plain advice in public

We've written for business owners on our blog since 2017.

What you won't see here: badges we can't verify, a "guaranteed" number of calls, or a result without the client's name on it.
